Description

 Water Bath chill down system made by CMI Engineering serial number CON-4-0501, it is approximately 22 feet long and the water area 3′ feet wide the approximate width of the belt. It is designed to integrate with conveyor inside the bath of re-circulating chilled water with belt in the tub and pull hot product through chilled water. The water has been chilled remotely and re-circulates keeping the product chilled. Then it is taken to the end on the cleated conveyor to exit. PICTURES HAVE BEEN INCLUDED OF IT ASSEMBLED AND DISASEMBLED TO BE MOVED. It is digitally controlled It will need to be re-assembled to be in a functional condition. Was purchased to Chill Hot Polenta Tubes in bags. Never Used or implemented into the project.
