Dunkley Pail Filling Station with Fruit Hopper

They’re set up to fill & lid 4-gallon plastic pails with fruit for freezing.

Stainless steel with electronic scales by Metler toledo Scale Head

Approx. 10 cycles per minute.

All scales are all 120v.

One filler works left-to-right @ 480V 3ph 20A.

includes overhead sugar hopper with pneumatic operation.

The fillers have 2 weighing stations & operate automatically.

Station #1 = operator manually feeds in pail to await filling

Station #2 = fill pail on 1st electronic scale

Station #3 = intermediate station waiting for 2nd action

Station #4 = 2nd action on 2nd electronic scale (such as trickle-feed top-off with additional fruit, add sugar cap or conduct check-weigh)

After filling, between filler & lidder, an operator lays the cover appropriately on the pail.

The lidder then pulls the covered pail thru & presses the cover into place.

Lidder @ 125V 1ph 15A.
