Model: Super Hydrobar HS
The Super Hydrobar HS is a manual barfeeder for small, and medium production
runs. The diameter range is designed for camshaft controlled screw machines
and Swiss-style CNC machines. The Hydrobar HS offers maximum flexibility in
turning applications. The hydrodynamic support in totally enclosed guide tubes
provides high performance with high reliability.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR LNS TYPE HYS 6.32 HS-4.8 BARFEED
Consists of six (6) guide tubes with internal diameters of:
1.339 for 1-3/32 to 1-1/4 diameter bar stock
1.181 for 1 to 1-3/32 diameter bar stock
1.063 for 3/4 to 1 diameter bar stock
.827 for 1/2 to 3/4 diameter bar stock
.551 for 1/4 to 1/2 diameter bar stock
.315 for 1/16 to 1/4 diameter bar stock
Equipped with:
Each guide tube contains its own push bar, piston assembly and oil
recuperator
Front support stand with a 45 long support arm with crutch for loading
bar stock
Self-contained hydraulic system and reservoir:
Electrical control for 110 volt ac controls and 220/460 v/3/60
Manual and automatic controls for hydraulic system on, off, manual
advancement and retraction of piston and automatic operation in conjunction
with the machine control
