The Model 1101 CNC Single Spindle Dovetailer features a a 3HP high speed spindle motor.

Variable speed spindle up to 20,000RPM

Optional scoring pass to reduce tearout.

Collet type tool change, increases flexibility with different types of bits/cutters.

Automatic partial tenon removal (No special tools required).

Able to Load multiple parts while spindle is in operation.

Create half-blind, box joint and French dovetails.

Change pitch, size and pattern of dovetail in seconds from operator console.

Resharpened bits easily accommodated using cutter compensation.

Tenon/mortise fit is easily adjusted from the operator console.

Part thickness changeovers are made in seconds from the operator console.

Material thickness is 3/8” to 3/4″ on standard drawer boxes. Drawer height is 1-3/4″ to 28″, minimum width is 6″, and depth is 7″.

One 3 HP fan cooled Colombo motor with extruded aluminum housing driving spindle up to 20,000 RPM. Collet style tool holder.

“X” / “Y” Axes individually driven by servo motor with precision roller pinion system. Rack engages two teeth simultaneously to achieve high accuracy and zero backlash.

Manual pneumatic acuation by linear actuator. Able to load multiple parts while spindle is cutting.

One carbide tipped router tool included.

One 6″ diameter dust collection point, 900 cfm required, based on 5000 fpm velocity and 4″ w.g.

Intermittent air requirement only. 1/2″ N.P.T. Air drop requires 1 cfm at 80 psi.
