This is a used MultiProbe Semiconductor Test Station. We do not have detailed information for this item, and it does have some unfastened parts. The unit works on a 9 XYZT positional grid. The X or Y axes of any 3 positions can be moved as a row or column. The rails and adjusters appear to be in great shape. The locks work, and when disengaged the movement is very fluid. The platform lifts up, but does not stay up due to an issue with the pneumatic piston. Two of the component boards are not mounted. The exterior of the unit has some scratches from storage.
