  • Pascall No 2 Serial No 7437 Free standing Laboratory Triple Roll Mill with rolls 80 mm diameter, 150 mm long driven by 0.7 kW 220/400/3/50 motor. Typical throughput up to 7 litres /hr at approximately 25 micron particle size settings but depends on roll settings and the nature of the product.
  • A chain drive drives the hardened steel honed rolls at differing speeds of 33 rpm back roll, 70 rpm centre roll and 149 rpm front roll.Pascall Three Roll Mill Spring located cheek plates locate on the end faces of the back and centre rolls allowing the full width of the rolls to be used. (FO) Safety is provided by anti-nip guards. Ref 4 FULLY OVERHAULED
