Signatone S-250 Wafer Prober/Probe Station, w/ 3 Objectives
Description
This prober should easily be made full-functional with a little work. As you can see, it’s in good condition except for the chain-belts need to be replaced, and maybe some minor maintenance.
The S-250-5 uses manual control for the X, Y, and Z stages, and all stages are moveable. Vacuum lines appear to be in good condition. Unit has 10 probe connection ports. This probe station requires a separate power source for the lamp. This prober does not include chuck/platen. Sold as-pictured.
