The 82026-638 model VistaVision by VWR is an upright compound epifluorescent microscopy system. Illumination for this trinocular unit is provided by a 20 Watt Halogen bulb (transmitted light) as well as an incident light system featuring a Mercury lamp with an external power source (100 Watt/DC PS-2). It includes a 1.25 NA Abbe Condenser and two exciting filter sets (blue/green and red-orange). Five total objectives (three plan achromatic, two fluorescent) are included with this microscope: PL 4X/0.10 160/-, PL 10X/0.25 160/-, PL 40X/0.65 160/0.17, FL 25X/0.65 160/0.17, FL 40X/1.0 Glyc 160/0.17. A UV shield is included for user safety. Eyepieces are WF10x (2).
