Description
The Transomat loading system simplifies the feeding process for the high-speed cutter and streamlines the entire workflow. Instead of manually loading material from the pile onto the machine, it is automatically extracted from the stack and placed onto the Transomat pallet. This unit efficiently removes reams with a tight grip, even up to the full clamp opening. Utilizing reflection keys or a clip marker (optional) allows for precise quantity extraction, such as using counting slips. While cutting is underway, a new ream can be pulled onto the Transomat pallet, thus increasing the capacity of the High-Speed Cutter. The core component of the Cutting System is the POLAR High-Speed Cutter, equipped with extensive standard features that significantly enhance productivity. There’s no longer a need to manually handle intermediate or finished products; instead, they’re effortlessly placed onto the transport pallet of the Transomat unit.
