Every Quadtrac AFS Connect tractor incorporates two decades of expertise in cutting-edge track technology. The tractor features four independently-driven oscillating tracks with positive drive, ensuring uniform weight distribution across four guide rolls and six mid rolls. This even weight distribution across each track minimizes soil impact, providing optimal traction. The Quadtrac AFS Connect is offered in models 525, 555, 595, and 645.

Steiger series

Generating substantial power is one aspect, but efficiently transmitting that power to the ground with minimal losses is a distinct challenge, particularly when tasked with pulling implements across various terrains. The true prowess of the Steiger AFS Connect series lies in its ability to achieve superior traction through an automatic differential lock, effectively minimizing slippage even in challenging field conditions. This feature is available on the Steiger 475 and 525 models.

Comfort: The Quadtrac/Steiger AFS Connect cab has undergone a comprehensive redesign. Drawing inspiration from modern automotive interiors, the new design prioritizes comfort during extended working hours and accommodates various operator preferences.

Engine: The Quadtrac AFS Connect tractors are driven by the cutting-edge Cursor 13 engine, delivering a robust 522 to 699 horsepower at maximum power. The inline 6-cylinder 12.9-liter engine is engineered with four valves per cylinder, enhancing gas exchange efficiency and ensuring unparalleled reliability.

Transmission: The Quadtrac AFS Connect tractors are equipped with the Cursor 13 engine, delivering a power range of 522 to 699 horsepower. Users can opt for either the continuously-variable CVXDrive transmission or the 16-speed PowerDrive transmission, both designed to efficiently transfer power to the ground. This choice ensures high efficiency and traction, even when handling heavy implements.

Hydraulics & Hitches: The Quadtrac tractors boast a substantial and intelligent hydraulic system, exemplifying their impressive capabilities. With a flow rate of up to 428 litres per minute, the system accommodates up to eight hydraulic remote valves and supports a hitch lift capacity of up to 9071 kg. The ergonomic design of the armrest facilitates easy configuration of the remote valves. Additionally, the convenience of configuring up to six remote valves is enhanced by color-changing levers, ensuring clear identification and improved safety.

Effortlessly manage your largest implements with the Quadtrac tractors. The transmission is engineered to attain PTO speeds of 540 or 1,000rpm at an engine rpm of 1,800rpm. The PTO can be configured to automatically engage or disengage when a specified high position is reached. Notably, the transmission incorporates the industry-exclusive Twin Flow pump, serving as a secondary hydraulic pump. This innovative feature enables simultaneous operation of the PTO and a second pump on the same unit, accommodating implements with high oil flow requirements.

Design: Tri-point oscillation is a fundamental feature engineered into every Quadtrac tractor, providing an optimal combination of strength and balance when transmitting power to the ground. This design enhances rigidity and robustness, particularly beneficial in challenging applications.

For full maneuverability and articulation, the articulated pivot steering system is employed, ensuring no loss of power or torque to any track during turns.
