- Redesigned die-cutting station (camshaft drive) enhances sheet transportation and improves plane parallelism in the platen press.
- Feeder format setting process is predominantly motorized (e.g., suction head, lateral guides) and features integrated preset function for automatic setup, beneficial for stored repeat jobs.
- Blank separator area revamped for easier adjustment of the blank separation grid with the introduction of the new MasterRake, facilitating quicker positioning and fastening of individual rake rods, resulting in a more user-friendly and significantly shorter makeready process.
- Revolutionary new feature includes the option to effortlessly clamp thin cutting plates using an integrated quick-action clamping system, eliminating the need for at least four screws to hold the cutting plates in place.
Seamless integration into existing machinery is possible, with the ability to use die-cutting tools from different die cutters with reasonable effort.
The Mastermatrix 106 CSB has undergone extensive testing and complies with the rigorous safety standards set by the German professional association ETEM (Energie Textil Elektro Medienerzeugnisse). Consequently, it is certified with the GS mark.
