Description
The Stack Lift enables the operator to load the material into the jogger at an ergonomic height by automatically lifting the material to be cut. This ensures precise alignment of the material, leading to improved cutting accuracy and consistent quality of the final product. Additionally, the air removal feature enhances the formation of blocks from the reams to be cut and further reduces production risks. The core component of the Cutting System is the POLAR High-Speed Cutter, which comes with extensive features in its standard equipment, enhancing productivity. The Lift also serves for stacking the material and can be equipped with an angular board (optional) to facilitate manual stacking of cut reams. In this configuration, the lift is lowered semi-automatically, starting manually but stopping automatically by the light barrier.
