Description

The Stack Lift enables the operator to load material into the jogger at an ergonomic height by automatically lifting the material to be cut. This precise alignment of the material, along with the resulting improvement in cutting accuracy, establishes a foundation for consistent and high-quality final products. When combined with the air removal feature, it enhances the formation of blocks from the reams to be cut and further reduces production risks. At the core of the Cutting System lies the POLAR High-Speed Cutter, equipped with extensive features in its standard equipment that significantly enhance productivity. With the Transomat unit, there’s no need for manual handling of intermediate or finished products; instead, they are effortlessly transferred onto the transport pallet. This automation allows the operator to continue cutting simultaneously, greatly boosting the efficiency of the high-speed cutter.
