Description

The POLAR 66 cutter is engineered for single-shift operation, executing precise swing cuts hydraulically. Its adaptable knife timing in the lower dead center allows adjustment to suit different materials. With an ultra-smooth stainless steel table surface, material handling is effortless even without air jets. The clamping pressure can be finely adjusted across a wide range using a scale-equipped knob. Bright LEDs clearly mark the cutting line for operator visibility. Machine operation is facilitated via an ergonomically positioned control panel featuring a 5.5’’ monochrome display and additional membrane keypad. Recurring cutting sequences can be stored in memory (up to 198 programs) and modified as needed, either manually or via intuitive block programming. To enhance cutting quality, the pre-clamping time can be adjusted based on the material.

Operating the machine is intuitive via an ergonomically positioned 18.5’’ touch-screen display, allowing for easy navigation and control. The cutter boasts extensive memory capacity, accommodating up to 1,998 programs for storing and modifying recurring cutting sequences. Enhanced process visualization minimizes errors during material handling, and the pre-clamping time can be fine-tuned to optimize cutting quality. Additionally, optional integration into digital workflows through P-NET Compucut® offers further versatility and efficiency.
