Workflow: Initially, a POLAR high-speed cutter divides the label material into strips, either in-line or off-line. The automatic cutter, POLAR Autocut 25, then takes these strips and cuts them into label stacks. A pusher device located at the front table of Autocut 25 transports the label stack to the DC system die-cutter. Following die-cutting, the label stacks are automatically conveyed to the single-station bander BD for banding. The BD features an integrated ultra-sonic welding unit that requires no preheating, ensuring constant readiness and material conservation without unpleasant odors.
