Here’s how the workflow operates: The material can be fed either manually through the front table or automatically through the rear table. Initially, the operator cuts the material into strips. These strips are then positioned and laterally aligned on the rear table of the automatic cutter before being cut into individual labels. Once the labels are cut, they are arranged on the front table. A deloading device then transfers them to the BM-105 multi-station bander. Subsequently, the row pusher moves the entire row of labeled packs to the banding device. Finally, the fully banded packs are transferred to the delivery table, where they can be manually retrieved for packaging.
