Workflow: Pre-cut strips are manually placed on the LT-S and then transferred to the Autocut rear table. Within the Autocut, the strips are meticulously aligned on the rear table. Two strips are cut simultaneously. After cutting, the labels are swiveled into the BSduo banding device. Subsequently, the labels are separated, and a feeder unit pushes them through the banding material for proper welding.

This system is specifically designed as a modular solution for the industrial production of minimum-size labels.
Workflow: Pre-cut strips are manually positioned on the LT-S before being fed onto the Autocut rear table. Within the Autocut, the strips are meticulously aligned for precise cutting. Two strips are cut simultaneously to expedite the process.
Once cut, the two labels are transferred via a swivel unit into the BSduo banding device. Initially, the labels are separated, and then a feeder unit guides them through the banding material for proper welding. The banded products are smoothly transferred to the material delivery unit using special guide elements, ensuring careful transport. They are then ready to be removed and packed.
