The POLAR LabelSystem SC-21 ensures maximum efficiency in square-cut label production by operating in parallel mode, where production steps are executed simultaneously. Initially, a POLAR high-speed cutter is employed to cut the label material into strips, either in-line or off-line. Subsequently, finishing is completed using the automatic cutter, POLAR Autocut 115, which serves as the central component of LabelSystem SC-21.
Workflow: The precut strips are manually positioned on the POLAR LT-S loading table before being transferred onto the rear table of the Autocut. Within the Autocut 115, the strips are meticulously arranged with precise alignment of their sides and front. Once the labels are cut, they are automatically arranged on the front table. A deloading device then transfers them to the BM-105 multi-station bander. Following this, the row pusher transports the entire row of labels to the banding device. Upon complete banding, the packs are further moved onto the delivery table, ready for manual retrieval and packaging.
Description
In square-cut label production, the POLAR LabelSystem SC-21 excels in efficiency by employing parallel production steps. Initially, a POLAR high-speed cutter is utilized to cut the label material into strips, whether in-line or off-line. Subsequent finishing processes are conducted using the automatic cutter, POLAR Autocut 115, which serves as the core component of LabelSystem SC-21.

Within the Autocut 115, the strips are meticulously arranged on the rear table with precise alignment of their sides and front. Following the cutting of labels, they are automatically organized on the front table. A deloading device then moves them into the BM-105 multi-station bander. Subsequently, the row pusher transports the complete label row to the banding device. Once the packs are fully banded, they are advanced onto the delivery table for manual retrieval and packaging.
