Description
The POLAR stand-alone die-cutter DC-M offers exceptional flexibility, ease of operation, and precise die-cutting capabilities for a variety of shapes and sizes.
The workflow begins with the material to be die-cut being cut into label stacks using a high-speed cutter. These precut label stacks are then manually deposited into the feeder tray. From there, they are automatically advanced in front of the stamping punch, which utilizes the puncture principle to press the material through the cutting die, giving it the intended shape. Finally, a delivery chute transports the die-cut final products to the precise position on the packing table.
